Estava difícil mas parece que depois do dia 8 vamos voltar a ter empréstimos!Então já está tudo estruturado na nova plataforma?
Hope your week has been off to a good start, and the same applies for 2017.
It's been a while since we last shared an update from Viventor. Over the last few months we have been putting all our efforts into the new Viventor system, and are glad to say we're now moving.
Due to the shift, there will be a scheduled down time this Wednesday, February 8th. Viventor platform will be under maintance for approximately 2 hours, starting from 9.30 AM Central European Time (GMT +1).
Thanks to the new system, we will be able to provide you a much better product and investing experience. This includes new investment opportunities, platform features, and more becoming available in 2017 and beyond.
We appreciate your patience and understanding. In case of any questions, we are always reachable at firstname.lastname@example.org
The Viventor Team
Viventor disse:Greetings, Investor!
Once again - seasons change, but returns stay as they are and keep coming in. Nice, isn't it?
We know that there have not been a lot of updates from Viventor lately. Everything is fine - all of us here are working tirelessly on making Viventor marketplace a better place. And until something noteworthy happens - we just don't feel like spamming your inbox with another e-mail.
Having said that, we have a few things to share.
New products from Seymoure
Seymoure, a Spanish lender offering secured loans, has started to list mortgage-backed loans without Buyback Guarantee on Viventor. All the loans have Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratio of 50% or less, making them an extremely safe and attractive opportunity.
Moreover, Seymoure is also looking to start listing loans secured by Spanish Taxi Licences. A Taxi Licence in Spain is very valuable and liquid asset, as there is a limited amount of such Licences allowed in every region.
The loans are projected to return between 7% and 9% per annum, and range between 12 and 60 months in maturity. A more extensive blog post observing Seymoure and its offered products will follow in coming weeks.
Short Investor Survey
A number of remarkable features to provide a better investing experience are in our development pipeline. We have our own idea about what the priorities should look like, but your opinion matters even more here. The survey has only 7 questions - a rather concise one.
On a side-note - we are aware that loan supply is probably the most frustrating thing on Viventor for the past few months. Active work is taking place, and we have also had to regretfully turn some companies down due to various reasons. Once there are some news at this front - you will be the first ones to find out!
